The exhibition explores Qatar’s ongoing cultural renaissance, naming itself 'Sana', which means 'radiant light'.
SANA QATAR, a collaboration between d'strict and the Qatar Ministry of Culture, reimagines Qatar’s natural landscape, history, and culture through a contemporary lens. Featuring notable works from Arte Museum such as 'LIVE SKETCHBOOK', 'ARTE CAFE', and 'GARDEN', the exhibition combines advanced projection and digital media technologies to offer visitors an immersive experience of Qatar's beauty.
Three of the exhibition's highlights include 'From Qatari Environment', which brings to life Qatar’s iconic animals—such as camels, oryxes, falcons, and flamingos—on a vast natural screen; 'CAFE', which invites visitors to enjoy tea while exploring Doha’s cityscape, projected onto a table by the beach; and 'The Courtyard', which immerses viewers in Qatar’s nature, history, and culture within a grand, luminous garden of light.
