SEOUL, South Korea, Aug 20, 2026 — d'strict, the Seoul-based digital design and art company behind the global immersive exhibition Arte Museum, announced that it has unveiled Surreal Nature, a new 360-degree experience now on view exclusively in The Dalí Dome ... which opened on July 10. The collaboration marks Arte Museum's first exhibition custom-built for a dome format and represents a significant step in d'strict's growing footprint in the U.S. market.
Presented for the first time in a fully 360-degree format, the 30-minute experience surrounds visitors with blooming flowers, ancient forests, luminous nightscapes and crashing waves at their feet, transforming The Dalí Dome into a meditative, yet fantastical escape. Since opening its first location in Jeju, South Korea in 2020, Arte Museum has redefined immersive exhibitions through the seamless integration of digital art, light, sound and scent, welcoming millions of visitors across eight countries.
"The Dalí Dome gave us an entirely new canvas—unlike anything we've worked with before. Its shape and scale transformed our approach to every element, from the choreography of light to the movement of sound. Visitors won't be watching nature, but standing inside it. We see this collaboration as the beginning of a deeper presence for Arte Museum across the United States," said Sean Lee, CEO of Arte Museum and d'strict.
The limited-time experience unfolds in two chapters: Ocean immerses guests in the power, mystery and beauty of the sea, guiding visitors through a series of oceanic landscapes shaped by movement and light. Land follows, beginning with a pulse of life and growth before unfolding into blooming gardens, cascading waterfalls and a mystical forest that culminates in a bioluminescent jungle, where glowing creatures blend into their surroundings.
"Salvador Dalí saw the world in ways no one else could, reimagining nature into something entirely his own—Surreal Nature carries that spirit forward, inviting visitors to experience the natural world made new again," said Hank Hine, Executive Director of The Dalí Museum. "The Dalí Dome has always been a space for art without boundaries, and Surreal Nature extends that vision, offering our community a rare moment of stillness, beauty and wonder."
Designed to be explored from every angle as visitors move throughout the Dome, each step reveals new details. Both evening and daytime shows are available. For more information, including showtimes and pricing, visit TheDali.org/SurrealNature.
